Its been a favorite of mine since I watched "Ice Pilots".   Might be a good perked transport if they want to go that route, otherwise the C-47 becomes a hangar queen.

My Brother in law, used to fly those out of Anchorage, hauling fuel to the native villages in Alaska. :cheers:

As far as Aces High, the C-47 will do anything the C-46 will do. Same amount of troops and same amount of supplies.

Might depend how they model it.  I dunno if they'd allow a single aircraft to carry more than 10 troops, but it might be helpful to have a transport with twice the cargo capacity for resupply missions.   Transports are so vulnerable though I don't know how many would risk losing perks to fly it.
