My point was, folks were really on about Trinity for a bit before it was removed from rotation.  I personally like it though I do agree with one of the complaints about it, the mountains around the center were too high.

Trinity was the only map I can recall ever being yanked from the rotation.  When you started, the 3 countries were separated by high walls of mountains you had to get over.  It was hard to get rolling on.

Personally I didn't mind Trinity, but I get why it was wildly unpopular.  I've never disliked a map until Buzzsaw, if only for the effect it seems to have on players.  Last time I saw it up I actually saw air fights, which was unusual.

Buzzsaw is clearly unpopular.   People vote with their feet.   There are a few more aerial battles now than when it first came out but not many.

Trinity was incredible with 400 or more. As the numbers slid down to 300 and less, the giant initiatives dried up. It was the quintessential AH open world dream game during the high numbers era of the mid 2000's.
