Reflective Mirrors

Add reflective mirrors around the throughout the bases and strats.  These would be destroyable and rebuilt like the manned and auto guns.  Enemy pilots would be susceptible to bright beams and flashes close to the ground under 1500 feet AGL.

This will put a little extra excitement and inconvenience for vulching.

I have reflections turned off anyway. Too large a hit on my graphics.
