The scenario team is putting together the starting document for the design. Once we have that, we'll pass it by the two CO's and then post it in a design topic for all players to see and comment on.
Once the design process is reasonably solidified, we will open up registration, consisting of a brief period of pre-registration for CO's to get their initial teams organized followed immediately by opening overall public registration.
My rough guess is that the design topic will open the 1st week of August, with registration open mid August.
