Thrustmaster compatibility
« on: July 27, 2018, 10:02:06 PM »
I was at Oshkosh yesterday and got the coupon for 20% off the Hotas and pedals.  The only sim I used to play was this.  Warbirds prior before the change.  I would buy the equipment mainly to get back into it, but how is the compatibility with the new Thrustmaster gear and Aces High?
ASUS ROG RAMPAGE V EDITION 10
Intel Core i7-6850K Broadwell-E 6-Core 3.6 GHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC GAMING ACX 3.0, 08G-P4-6183-KR, 8GB GDDR5X W/Oculus Rift
G.SKILL TridentZ Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
CPU and Vid are water cooled

If windows can recognize it, AH can run it. I have used the T.16000M with no problems at all. Just a bit short on buttons for me.

The game has support for any USB connected input device.  That does not mean it will always program everything for you, but it is easy to configure things.

Options->Controls->Map Controllers is your buddy, when it comes to configuring input devices.

I've used Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS and their Warthog.  I've had zero problems.
