Gentlemen,

It is time for me to get back to work. The next TOD is the Black Sea as most of you know.

I am going to try some "ground war" in the TOD's for the first time. I have the spawn points and aprox times it would take a tank column to reach certain fields. It is likely there will be some armor assaults with objectives of capturing a field. Of course there will be some armor waiting to repel the infidels and air support on both sides. If nothing else it should make for an interesting testing ground for using ground vehicles in the TOD.

I need to know which side you prefer, German or Russian. The AC and vehicles we will use are on the Black Sea pages.

Daddog,

The use of GVs would be an interesting feature for a TOD but may I point out a couple of things that would concern me with using them in a 1 life event:

1) Ease of death: GVs die to a light brush with a sheep or shrub...
2) Ease of death: GVs can't maneuver quickly to avoid attack by fighters or other GVs...
3) Ease of death: GVs die/get disabled easily by cannon and mg fire from strafing planes...

hmmmm... I think my concerns are clear...

Anyway, I'll make sure Midnight states our side preference soon.

Well I have polled my guys and and our preference, after flying for the allies in the last two TODs, would be to fly for the Axis (Germans) this TOD.

I love these maps sometimes when Im home alone i turn the lights down and go offline and up a fw190f8 and........well ya know

Suggest that GV's play a small part in the scenario (maybe one division per side?)

Anyway...put MAG-33 wherever you need us, we'll field 15 aviators.

I might add, due to the battle front concentration, I suspect that this TOD will REALLY ROCK! No "lack of enemy" reports.
