They are not testing a new map, they are testing a new radar setting on the maps.... all the maps if they get turned over during the radar test run.

Bustr does have a new map in rotation, but it is not a test.

His post reads like he is excited about the new connection test and is not communicating specifics, just happiness. Wonder if he is one of those who's MA connection is 30-50 slower than his connection to the test arena.
