b. Of all the hundreds of aircraft and vehicle skins submitted, hours of careful research go into all the skins including peer review for historical accuracy.
c. In addition to the peer review, HTC has strict guidelines on what kinds of skins are allowed to be submitted. Guidelines include that all skins must have been used operationally during the wars and 100% historically accuracy. No exceptions. No pink mustangs or bolts. (Sorry Brooks

e. In addition to the hours of research that goes into a skin, all require hours of work for several graphical layers required on the skin that allows it to look realistic in-game.
f. All the custom skin graphic artists do it on their free time.
