Server Updates (http servers)

Today (September 11) we will be updating the WEB servers in order to migrate them to secure connections (https).  As such, there will be periods where the bulletin board and main WEB page will be up and down.

It will be rather random until we get everything tested out.

Sorry for the bounces.  There was a language change in the WEB server version which facilitated an error.

The bulletin board should be stable now.
