How does ENY apply now?

Do you understand that ENY is disabled with low numbers?

When did this begin? How does it work? Nits were under ENY conditions the other day. Please, no flamebaiting...I'm just looking for clarification.

Has always been this way. Its effect ramps up after a min as total numbers increase to a max.

In the arena settings\general is a minimum balance total setting at 70. Range is 0-1000.
