Yes, that was a city block out of power.  This was more localized.  They are doing major construction around our building.  It had to happen sooner or later.

Backhoe operators. Gotta love em! I did utility markouts for many years on campus as we have an awful lot of spaghetti underground. I don't know how many times I'd marked something not even the width of my boot off and they'd still hit it! Why send the guy with the shovel in to poke around and find that pipe/conduit when you can easily get one more scoop with the backhoe?
