Seems like since the last patch my display keeps crapping out during the game.
This is the only game I play and the display works ok when I'm just surfing.
Here's a shortened Dxdiag, can print more if needed.
Any help would be appreciated

I suppose you're just running out of graphics power as your dxdiag says: "Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (144Hz)". The GTX760 is an entry level gaming card, based on Nvidia's relative performance chart it's on par with GTX950 and a little lower than GTX1050. They all can run AH with lowered settings at 1920 x 1080 at a 60 Hz speed and that's what they've been built for. 144 Hz is more than twice of that which means a double load.

I doubt you can't get a solid 120+ FPS in AH even with all settings lowered to the minimum. 144 Hz requires a more powerful card for full performance.

You may be able to reduce the refresh rate down to 60 Hz through the Nvidia control panel which will limit your max FPS to 60 as well. If that works without any issues, trying something like 75 or even 90 Hz is within reason. But 144 Hz for a GTX760 is definitely too much even though AH is relatively friendly on hardware.

There is a mismatch in the Hz.  Your desktop (current mode) is showing 144Hz, while the native mode is showing 60Hz.  This could be due to using the "Generic" plug and play monitor driver.

Check the manufacturer of the monitor to see if they have a monitor driver for your specific monitor and install it.

Is there another video card installed in the system?  Posting the complete Dxdiag.txt attachment might yield more helpful information.

I had been using the 144hz hate since AH2, just that since the latest patch I've been having problems with the display.
There was also a windows 10 update a few weeks ago, problem related to that update?
I'm going to try lowering the rate 120hz and see what happens.

There still is that "Native Mode: 1920 x 1080(p) (60.000Hz)" Skuzzy mentioned. Try installing this driver: https://www.asus.com/fi/Monitors/VG248QE/HelpDesk_Download/. Although it's for Windows 7 it should be OK to use according to their FAQ: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1018735.

However, even if the monitor driver fixed the 60/144Hz conflict in DxDiag, that doesn't make your video card any faster. You say you've used the 144Hz since AH2. In AH2 it may have been powerful enough since most of the processing was done in the processor. In AH3 most of the image processing is done in the video card which in your case can have become the bottleneck. As I said, the GTX760 is an entry level gaming card. Not exactly poor, it's just plain vanilla unlike your high speed monitor. It's like driving a Mustang with a Pinto engine.

Thanks for explaining the difference between AH2 and AH3, I didn't realize there was a difference in the processing of the graphics.
Ran the monitor at 120Hz last night without any issues, if still good will keep it at that, if not will lower it according.

I thought my 2nd video card was going out the end connecting to monitor was worn out-replaced cable and everything is fine.

I noticed that you recently had updated your video drivers back on 11/11/2018

Are you using the newest Nvidia drivers available or are you using the last updated Nvidia driver specific to your particular videocard?

The Asus monitor will NOT support 144hz 1ms over HDMI. Using HDMI it will only support 60hz. The VG248qe will only support 144hz over the Display Port or DVI-D. Swap out the cable and it will be fine. The monitor should have come with the DVI-D cable.

I didn’t have a HDMI cable, used the suggestion to reseat the video cable.
As far as I know, I downloaded the latest driver specific to my video card.
For some reason I’m not having any issues at 120Hz, getting a solid 90-110 FPS.

The solid 90-110 FPS tell that your video card is not powerful enough to run the monitor at its full speed. Apparently the slower setting is close enough to the performance level of the card so it's happy and doesn't try to reach the higher digits.
