TEST function for vox "tuned channel" V

It might be useful if the "tuned channel" (V) activated by the T key defaulted to a "TEST" channel for new players that only they would hear so they could easily test their vox by transmitting to themselves.  A lot of new players have problems setting up vox and it would be easier than trying to guide them through the process of tuning channel V to his gameid to test.  They could just be told to press T to hear their own transmission.

Yes, at the very least a tip on the VOX screen that says "type your own gameID in to test voice" or something...

I have a problem with my Vive mic but I don't even feel like trying to get it fixed because I don't want to have to try settings and continually log in and ask "Can you hear me now?  OK how about now?  Can you hear me now?  It this better of worse?  Hello? Can anyone hear me?  Hello?"

Ya , it's only been this way since voice was first implemented.

But voice itself is fairly new, it does not even exist for a decade yet. It's unreasonable to assume that everyone is fully aware of things already.

Voice has been in AH much longer than a decade. Being able to tune to myself was one of the first things i learned back in 2005.
