I was in the Mission Arena tonight and had joined a mission already running and I was chasing an enemy and POW, I was suddenly someplace different across the map. At first I was totally confused and realized I had been warped back to base for the landing segments. Perhaps a bit jarring.
It would be nicer to display warning text on the screen (about where you put the "Auto Take-Off Enabled" text) That gives a notice and countdown like :
"Warping to next waypoint in 5"
"Warping to next waypoint in 4"
"Warping to next waypoint in 3"
"Warping to next waypoint in 2"
"Warping to next waypoint in 1"
"Warping to next waypoint"
Prepares the player for context switch that is about to be thrown at them.
