When you disco, your plane stays in trimmed flight for 5 minutes until you return... so there is a mechanism for popping into and out of plane...

how about each player gets 3 concurrent lives/vehicles and he can jump between them ?
In case of fighters and bombers, its easy enough, in case of vehicles it would be tricky for them to ride on "auto".

Still, you could up set of bombers and escort yourself, jumping between fighter and bombers as need arises. Or jump into 3 sets of bombers for a massive bombing run...

some sort of information system when your unattended drones spotted enemies would be useful, but sounds doable...

This would sure add more "bomber" numbers into the arena...

When do you guys think ?

I think to be able to order a bomber mission would be an better idea, this have already been done in other sims ( example : Cliffs of Dover, Storm of war server), and you can escort them to target if you wish.

You need to implement Otto (automatic gunners) for those mission bombers, and a system that allows a number of mission at a time for each side, and select who are allowed to do it, and from what bases.

It could also give some life for those boring hours of low intensity fighting.

This topic probably should be in the wish list forum.
