So is China going to let them convoy across China all the way to northern India or, between them and Pakistan do they have enough tramp steamers to ferry the whole army through the south China sea into the Indian ocean? If Kim sent his army out of town to India, wouldn't that be when Samoa invades NK to take all their kimchee, goats, and beans? Kim ordered all army stations to raise goats and beans a few years back to make them self sustainable. They barely have to food to feed Kim's government and military while the black market feeds the regular citizens. Army's march on their stomachs, so I don't think Kim's army could do Pakistan much good, while China won't allow him to launch rockets across their land space in the hopes they might reach eastern India.
Most reports of the recent incident with India, Pakistan was caught with their nickers around their ankles and arn't prepared to go full out war with anyone as strong as India.
