ordnance disabled popup

Can we have a way to display the "ordnance disabled at this field" popup displayed as a message in the text buffer, like join requests?

But I did change it so you get a message in the hangar, but a popup if you try to fly. Will be live when I install a new host.

all you have to do is bring up map put you're cursor on any base it will show you base stats it will shown if ords are up or down
