Yes and No, water doesn't transition tile with anything..... ( it gives a hard edge) BUT I made my snow tile to "butt up" with the grass tile ( which is also snow but no rock in it) So IT WILL WORK!!!!! Meaning i put alot of thought into each tile. Now i have to go threw the whole map and swap the tiles. But, an excellent idea!!! That being then there will be no ships now,,, Not that we can have them in this old editor ( actually i got them to work in the old editor). I just don't have the CV's or the 3d items associated with them. But the PT boats work. And i'd rather have the PT boats going up my rivers than a white puff when bullets hit the snow. Not worth the trade off IMO.

P.S. I sent HTC my maps and tiles. Hopefully he will see how i "worked around" the tiles for beaches. The water tile Directly against the beaches is actually the "farm" tile. Now this causes a potential problem, all depends on how you look at it... See,,, Ships and boats will Crash once they hit that "farm" tile that looks like the water tile. BUT, IMO this would represent Low water, ANYONE that has a boat and especially a ship of such tonnage COULD NOT get that close to land anyways. So IMO this is actually truer to life. And the wouldn't know where , but could only guesstamate where the "Water" tile ends and the "Farm" tile begins

even MORE emersion for the ships

off the wall picky detail question here: (and i'm not really sure if it is possible, but)
would it be possible to define the snow texture as water...reason: so that when you hit the snow with bullets it does the white splash instead of the dirt? might look like bullets hitting snow, instead of dirty snow.
