VR WWI Film
« on: March 30, 2019, 06:24:09 PM »
Practicing against some easy AI because I obviously am so rusty I can't hit the side of a large barn.

If you have VR, you owe it to yourself to try some WWI action.  The slow, low, knife-fight in a phone booth is a perfect fit for VR.
Your brain really has time to absorb the full sense of 3-d space and movement.

I had a heck of a time getting the film viewer to render the segment I wanted into an AVI.  I never figured it out, and just played the film and used desktop capture software.  So it may not be as good as quality as it should be.  I have more learning to do on that, but you've got to start somewhere.

Toxic, psychotic, self-aggrandizing drama queens simply aren't worth me spending my time on.

The aircraft are slower but the fight is faster from the small turn circles.   :aok

To use AVI you have to record in segments, it's an option in the film viewer, otherwise the file sizes are too big. Paste them back together in editing. With AVI you lose the sound so record that separately and put it back in editing.
