Setting which country owns a field
« on: May 16, 2001, 05:26:00 PM »
If you place a field on the map from the groups column, how do you specifiy which country owns that field as default?

It seems all the fields I place end up being Bishop and I can't seem to find what I need to do to make them Rook or Knight.

Hopefully, someone can tell me. Thanks in advance.

After placing the fields (while still in the editor program) pull up the clip board (esc key) and select setup then select field settings.  Then select the fields and set which country (original) owns them.  Also set (current) to the same country.

Note!  Best to shut down while saving then restart editor before setting fields.

You can do this anytime, wether you have all fields placed, 50% placed doesn't matter.

I haven't had time to make map edits yet. I've been bisy working on the squad webpage.
