trouble connecting with phone

That link I get the same error. Times out and then I get the screen shot above.  https://bbs.hitechcreations.com gets me the green background then it hangs until it times out and I get the screen shot above.

I found a spot where I could "add" certificates, but I dont have any idea what kind of info would be needed.

Still cant connect with the BBS on my Verizon phone unless Im on a network.

Is your phone connection metered? I don't know if that's an option with smart phones but it's worth checking. Another chance is that if you have an antivirus program in your phone it can consider the connection metered and restrict sites with a lot of content. I know by experience that the Windows version of Norton has such an annoying feature.

I think it has something to do with the security certificates on the bbs. I have no problem connecting to any other site including the AH web site. Facebook is  no problem as well.

FWIW Fugi I'm on Verizon right now and use Tapatalk to read various forums. If there's ever a problem it's because the BBS itself is down for whatever reason.

It looks like Hitech got it fixed. I dont know what the issue was but its working now. Thanks Hitech!
