Question.
« on: November 30, 2001, 09:04:00 PM »
Does the this have to be installed in the AH directory?  I installed this 2.08 and when the .exe is executed, it boots and then just mills around.  It eventually wakes up, but any command takes forever and a day to execute.  At times it performs illegal operations and it shutdowns, others it locks up solid.  ctrl+alt+del wont even wake up the machine.

I have reinstalled 3 times, guess I could redownload, but before that would like to see what is out there.

32bit desktop, no fsaa.  What is funny is, the game/s run like dreams, no problems there.  Getting a lot of illegal operations too, from the TE.  It is freaking weird.

Maybe, but it still does the job remarkably well in game/s.  However, if the TE wont run on it, then TEditing is not for me, for the time being  :(.

Rotorian, are you maximizing the TE perchance if so make it smaller?  Both Nate and Superfly run on the TNT2 with no major slowdowns.

Hello Rotorian

2.08 was not working well for me at the beginning.  I had downloaded it and installed it and it was acting up.

So I then went into "my computer/ control panel/ add & remove programs" and I removed the editor.

Then I reinstalled 2.08 and it's working 99% better.
The only problem for me is my joystick (Sw3DPro), the editor doesn't like me using button 1 ( trigger ) which helps in getting my top view.

So if I don't use that button I can do everything else.

Pokie
