Just started getting booted quite frequently, ran pingplotter to 71.252.137.153. Is this still the MA server as I am getting 100% packet loss on hop 7 which is 4.69.210.145 ae-8-0.ear3.Dallas.Level3.net and 100% loss at the game server. Any ideas? Thanks

Level3 in Dallas. Level3 takes care of a lot of commercial streaming since they're cheap, no matter that their capacity is inadequate. One might think that there was quite a lot of extra streaming going on due to the F1 circus in Austin.

Here is a Ping plot, hop 7 is showing at the moment but it is usually 100% PL. Also showing 100% PL at the final destination?? I am hooked up via ethernet cable. Thanks

For what it's worth, my hop 7 is the same Dallas1.Level3 and like you that's where I get a lot of packet loss. They're not suffering from any serious issues, it's just that their capacity isn't up to the task.

There's nothing HTC can do about it other than ask their provider to ask Level3 to increase their capacity... As there's no alternative route that would most likely not lead to any improvements.
