2019 KOTH Tournament Of Champions

Getting close to years end and have to look at a calendar soon and reconnoiter January 2020 for a good date.
My usual method is to get it in first before 2020 KOTH starts so it might be on regular KOTH A date and have that a week later. No idea where Bruv will fit his in as his schedule is busier than mine.
Anyway here's the list and I'm pretty consistent in making at least one mistake no matter how many times I go over it so keep me honest guys.

We used to have a KOTH email list through Topica and then the AH Events site but both shriveled up and disappeared.
When I had my reservation I surely remembered when it was going to be, of course I hosted it so maybe that argument doesn't hold water.
Then again I think I have more KOTH in my blood than the average Aces High player  

{Edit} and- gameIDs don't always mean Message Board names.
Maybe for the TOC, a clipboard message like Brooke has for scenarios would be a good idea.

JUST throwing this out there for opinions, how does second weekend of 2020 work for the TOC? 11 or 12 January

If there was a time and date when everyone could make it, I would and that’s impossible.
My logic and it’s completely arbitrary was getting it finished before the next years starts and we generally have three KOTH events that month. Combined with other events January gets crowded.
Just wondering, I see no Pluto or Clu listed, only three more events to get on it. 

3rd weekend would be better, but I suppose whatever weekend is chose by the majority is best

My first relevance filter is 'are they on the list' regarding replies about TOC scheduling. So

In the past KOTH had e-mail lists through AH Events and Topica. Both kind of faded away.
I think we're down to AH Boards now and that's it.
Tough to justify much with barely enough interested players to keep it going.
Bruv just tried to host KOTH B for the first time in a while and I was the only one who showed up.
I do announce before the event on CM Channel, 906, at least a couple hours before the event starts.
I don't even know if enough people will show up to run the event until it actually starts as it seems practice for KOTH isn't needed.
