Bro, you made one of my posts reach two pages :D !  Yeah man the GTX 1080 is a solid card.  Not the 2080 but it hods its own, and I record AH with graphics enhancements.  If you have the budget I would grab a 1080Ti but the 1080 covers what I want it to.
