Killshooter is off on Mindnao map

How long had killshooter been turned off?  Is it just for the the current map Mindnao MA ME?
Was attempting a test to see if the new hyper chatty HOST would report killshooter,,, and NO damage on my plane

Hi there HiTech!!!

I was at first in wingman with fellow countryman. We were both in bomber sets. I told him in advance i would shoot him and he would get no damage but my bomber(s) would be damaged because of killshooter. I wanted to test if  HOST would recorded him "killing" my buff. So i poured LOTS of lead into his right bomber. NOTHING.  I dont think i hear pings on my 17. Lots and lots of sprites hit his right bomber.  I got no damage, no killshooter warning i was being damaged.  So i thot maybe just maybe this was some new setup when in .wingman lock formation.  Got out of wingman and hit him again, (cant remember if it was his lead or drone the 2nd time) still NOTHING.  So i just assumed killshooter is off in the MA/ME or in the MINDNAO map only.  Thanks for responding so quick!

Bombers do no damage to fiendlies do to 1 person shooting multiple stations.
It has been this way for a very long time.

I did notice assist were off on aircraft vs aircraft.. did get an assist air to tank however were on, however.  On a somewhat related note.
