Oh Oh Oh OH (Horshack imitation) snort snort snort

I know this one can I answer please?

Ok if you used Ogres Mapmaker tool and EXPORTED the data .
Then you go to the map maker directory in your c drive
and you will see the .elv and  .typ files

also open the HTC AHedit  directory open it to terrains, make a new folder  called...whatever you wish for that terrain.
Rename the files  to that name
for instance i renamed the original .elv and .typ files
to euro.elv and euro.typ and copied and pasted them into my  newly made folder named euro

Then when you start up  AHEdit choose set terrain type in the name  restart and violla
your terrain is loaded.

Should my Water be blue?  I tried all that, and I got a terrain, but it didn't resemble the data I set up for CBI?

I had hills and different terrain, but no watter and I couldn't see elevation I thought was water?

Will it squeeze everything into the 512X512 area, or will it cut a 512X512 area out of what I saved?

Black water is a bug, water is black for some people.

Make sure u turn map size to 512x512 in Editor

If you have trouble finding youir location in editor try before you export date  to change the elevation of a certain area in Ogres
Mapmaker to an ungodly height  export data  ec t ect and when you go to ahedit  look for the  high sphire sticking up   you can always edit that down later

Downtown,

I get the black water bug too.  HT knows about it.  Some get it, some don't.

If you run your cursor over the terrain in the AH editor (so the red 'x' appears), in the top right hand side of the screen you can read elevation and terrain type (and some x/y position numbers).

My tool will take whatever you have in the window and squeeze it into a 512x512 area.
