Proxies
« on: February 25, 2020, 08:57:15 AM »
since everyone has there name in lights now, can we please end the proxies? there is no reason to have them, it makes people think someone got a kill s that they didn't get, i think some people are very sensitive about showing they got killed when they didn't.

and as far as i know you don't get any points for proxies, if true-why do we have them.

thank you for reading

People will bail when you outmaneuver them in a dogfight just to deny you a kill. That's also the reason the proxy kill range was increased to icon range a few years ago.

Only if you can’t bail from an undamaged machine.

But there was somebody who was doing that! A lot!  That is why HT changed the parameters to towering in a vehicle.

I had a proxie on my elbow one time and a doctor took it off, now I'm all better.

Hello,

Could we please set proxies to only go to like vehicles?

For instance, while flying a plane rather than award a proxy to a tank or other GV that had NOTHING to do with the kill give it to the nearest plane or no one.  Vice-versa too.

Thank you,

X15  :salute
