Will this card run AH decently. My current card does not.

Yes.

Unless you're trying to run it at 4K or 144 Hz.

1660 4G does not exist as they all have 6G. 4G is 1650/1650S and those are slower than 1660

Correct. 1660 or 1660Ti are fast cards, 1650 isn't bad either if you're running it at 1920x1080 or lower @ 60 Hz.

I'd recommend  saving up and spending the extra $ for the 1660 ti over a 1650

I must have read the box wrong, I couldn't find a 4g 1660 either. I just need a card for medium settings, I don't have vr, and just a regular HD Samsung moniter, and not a lot of cash.

If AH is the only game you play, the 1650 should do especially if you're willing to cut some eye candy off. However, as atlau said, saving up for the 1660 Ti is recommendable.

Avoid the 1650 (unless you need a card without additional power connector), the 1650 Super is not that bad/slow although somewhat limited with its 4GiB VRAM.
