Think it’s time to just give the rooks 1 Airfield and 1 Vbase, and make sure they can’t be captured. Log in and seen both sides own 23% seems to be the new norm.

Bases are distributed equally when the arena resets with a new terrain.  After that, human involvement throws a monkey wrench into the order of things.
