Thank you to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin.

This B-25C named "Miss Nashville" was one of only two Mitchells assigned to the USAAF's 8th Air Force. As part of the 7th Photo Group during 1944 it photographed V-1 sites at night and for this purpose was painted in an all over gloss black scheme. In 1945 with the threat of Luftwaffe fighters waning it was stripped of most of its black paint and given a natural metal finish.

By the time the USAAF ordered the switch to natural metal finish for new aircraft all B-25 production had switched to the H and J models. So the only C/D models with NMF are those that were stripped of their factory paint in the field. Apart from this one the other NMF C/Ds Lyric1 has found for me are some RAAF ones and I will skin one of those at some point.

This actual plane had three different schemes od/ng gloss black and of course whats above. One thing I noticed with photographic groups they use colour film quite a bit. There is photos of all three schemes in colour. Sadly this plane did get shot down by flack.
