Updated my Street Bob
« on: August 29, 2020, 12:19:31 PM »
2008 Harley Street Bob. Did all my paint and airbrush work a few years ago but recently added some bronze and copper to it. Also fattened the rear from a 160mm to a 200mm wide tire. Added black fat spokes and a few other mods.

Fantastic.  What a great bike, love the theme, all of it.  The 200mm rear tire makes the whole bike look so much better than the factory size - my NightTrain had a 200mm rear too, and I missed that look.

I had a Fat Bob myself, 2008, pretty stock though, traded my 2006 Night Train on it back then.

Did you put the forward controls on your Street Bob WpnX, or is that how they come factory?  I can't remember - I had mid controls on my Fat Bob. Pretty similar handlebar setup to yours too, not quite as high riser as yours.  I really like your setup there, looks better than those mini apes with the big down angle you had on it before the mods in those Flickr pics in your link.

How is that seat for long rides?  Looks great,  IMO really pulls the whole bike together too.

I love the art work on it. Looks kind of uncomfortable though..

Thanks you all for the comments, appreciate that.

Gman, yes I added the forward controls, I like them a lot better than factory mids.

Maverick, whenever I feel discomfort from the seat I just rub some vagisil down there and it's all good to go. Seriously though, it's not bad and the bike is a bar hopper, I don't ride long distances on it.
