Some Voices Very Low

About half of the voices on radio are very low.  Everyone else seems to be able to hear these people, but I can barely hear them.  Other voices are fine.

It's them. Lot of people just plug in the mic, it works, that's good enough. Actually setting it up and adjusting it isn't hard but it's a step that often gets skipped. Not much you can do on your end other than to let them know their mic is soft so maybe they'll bump it up some.

But everyone else says they can hear the other people just fine. This is a problem that started a few weeks ago.
