Video freezes when VOX button is pressed

I recently had to upgrade my system from Window 7 to Windows 10, and now when I press either the area or channel VOX buttons my display freezes for about a quarter of a second.  I reinstalled my video card driver, the game, and the driver for my corsair headset with no effect.  I am using a Gigabyte Z92X motherboard, with four i7-4790K processers (overclocked), and twin AMD RX-480 video cards (also overclocked). 

Has anyone else had (and hopefully fixed) a similar problem?

You may want to reset the overclockings. If that helps, start building the higher speeds again looking for potential issues after every step.

You might look at your sound devices in Win10 and disable any extra drivers it loaded that you don't need. Also reinstalling the sound drivers that you are using might help.
