Id like to see a "Tanking 101" setup where some of you GV pros can lead some of  <cough><cough> less skilled players in the art of GVing. Basic stuff on how and when you use the commanders seat, how you adjust sounds and how you pinpoint where other tanks are, how to aim/range and so on.

I'm game. But how would it work? always on radar for tanks like Thursday night tank town?

I'm bad in GVs so I'm always game for practice

I still have no idea, i just scroll around and I go hmm, that looks good, and shoot. Usually takes me 3 shots to range, when I die from one from bad guy (aka he doesn't range, just one shot, one kill) :)

That radar is on a 30 second delay.

I’ve been offering that for at least a year now. All anyone needs to do is ask.

Sounds like you're asking which tanks have gun positions with Zoom and/or Range dials?  :D
That's something the non tanker won't know unless he has knowledgeable tanker squadmates or shows up for Tank Night.
Some people are absolutely deadly from the commanders position, but for most of us, nah.
The best thing about Tank Night, like Monday Night Madness, is that it concentrates the fight into a small intense area. You are seconds away from rejoining the battle, not minutes.
Easy in-game again.
