Jump from Position 1 to Position 2 on a controller

I want to be able to jump from position 1 to position 2 in a tank (Vehicle), but when I am in map controllers, and have selected vehicles and gunners, then double click the controller button, a menu comes up, and I select vehicles and jumping position is not an option.  There must be a way to do it, but I can't figure it out.

after you double click, check under the "Global" listings for those jump actions
