You Bunch of Old Coots!
At the age of 71 in my case, after I retired 9 years ago, there are certain priorities that do change (and must !)
Don't worry about exercise. You'll make more trips to the bathroom then you've done before. So my tip to you in this area it you walk for exercise, don't. You'll do more "night" walking then ever.
When I retired I retired. Sold the house (and my wife) so I don't have to do maintenance. Living in a grand apartment or condo is great! I often tell the ground crew they missed a spot when mowing the lawn.
Naps! A joy that can't be missed. Taking a nap at anytime (saying the hell with it) is almost an orgasmic experience.......well all most. Some of us, would have at times to spend over 24 straight hours at work,
and were constantly on call 24 hours a day. My life was not mine. And I made sure that it is damn well mine now.
It's great to see the old folks of the game. Hope all is well for each and everyone of you!
