Per our conversation, I tested this out today.   Uploaded the skin files related to the above listed skin.  Update was successful.  Went back and uploaded additional files.  These were accepted.   I then went back and re-uploaded the diffuse file to see if it would accept it and it did.   

This is a wonderful change and I thank you for doing it.   I think the skinner group will REALLY like the new functionality.

Thanks for cleaning this up, Hitech.

Was wondering, if it would be helpful to change the text color of newly released skin names in the drop down list, say to a nice Cyan, so the new skins stand out more against the others in the list?

When the next batch comes out, could revert to standard text color and the new batch could be Cyan text.  Just a thought.

+1.. I've mentioned this before to.  Might draw some more attention to the awesome work you guys do.
