been having a lot of fun lately. my stick and throttle have been going downhill in the past month or 2. at first couldnt find a replacement but lately more have been available. anyway
it's hard to fly fighters when you have little or no control on the rudder, and the stick you really have to fight it to get into a fight. it wants to turn left when you want it to go right and whatever. I thought about quitting till I found a new stick, but I've found out I am actually having more fun. last fighter sortie I landed 2 kills. one was a proxie and the other was a ho/ram because the other player was nice enough to come at me. on 200 they were like turn around, I laughed and posted I am trying just stick is broken and it doesnt want to. enemy was cool as hell, they chased me, when I could turn I did and mostly set them up for friendlies to get them. all friendlies and enemies had a good laugh at me trying to fly the pony with very little control. it was fun as heck, I am grateful for that.
it isnt the kill, it's the friends that just want to fly and have a good laugh. i have a new stick on order with a new throttle coming up. hope the fun keeps going.
