Individual Engine Controls

When any engine other than engine 1 is selected, the prop control still works for engine 1, in addition to the engine selected.  This is only a problem with prop control, not throttle.

Are you isolating that engine with correct command opposed to selecting all?

(Shift) engine # , had to look it up to be accurate.
