Aircraft collector/trading cards
« on: October 21, 2021, 06:41:25 PM »
Back in the day, from maybe the 1950s through the 80s at least, you used to be able to buy aircraft collector/trading cards.  I think they were the same size as baseball cards; I don't know if they came with a stick of gum.   Brown and Williamson had aircraft collector cards too, maybe you got a bunch of cards inside a pack of cigarettes.   Anyway I saw some of these sets on eBay and started thinking about Aces High aircraft and what a set of Aces High collector cards might look, so I created a set from my B-17 skin promo shots at 300dpi and printed them on business card blanks.

With so many skins and 100 or so aircraft and vehicles in the game, you could make a pretty big deck of cards!   But then what?
