Sinking nme boat after side switch
« on: December 02, 2021, 02:36:55 AM »
Today after auto switch I went to CV90 and scanned the area in f5-f8. I spotted nme cv53 and engaged and sunk it. This enraged 99Capera and he found later on Nit side after auto switch he cursed me and called me a cheat.
i always go to cv and scan for nme boats so if you can see it engage it. I have never gave away a boat after side switch. The fact I have over 23millon damage points shows i active on the boats. :old:

Caine has left out a few fine details to this situation.... :bhead

He was 5 hours invested in getting that CV into position. Caine was rook then got auto switched. Flew right to the boat and sunk it ...

Of course he was raged man  :neener:

Then you come on to bbs to try and cover your actions like this??? :rofl

When I'm on auto switch I don't give position, avoid maneuvering and attacking CV's until there's a fight started between the countries. I'd feel like like d bag if i did.

I pretty much did the same thing when I was flying. I simply stayed out of the area I was in unless there was an active fight.

You are a grade a pile of a scum and people are sick of it. Don't even attempt to cover your actions.

Hate to say this but you throw smoke too much for that to be effective :bolt: need to work on how to be more constructive with your points of view :neener: take notes...

As far as the topic on hand I had invited Capera to come to knits before he rage quit and he shared his side of this story on vox.

If what Caine says is true and an nme CV was within gun range than this conversation is null and void regardless of whether he used the auto-switch to his advantage or not. If it was sank via bombers than you can make the argument that he "cheated" but then again an issue like this is known collateral damage for the band-aid fix to an internal bleeding issue like eny.

What looks bad Caine is side switching and then immediately sinking the boat. That is what happened. You can use the cover "I always scan the horizon for CV's" and you know what? I have observed you objectively over the years and I believe you.

But....

You have developed a reputation for disreputable and unfair game play and you know this. In fact you don't care. Instead of proactively pursuing better relations with the community you have gone the opposite direction and become more isolated. Things like this only add fire to the cult-like following of speculation that emanates from your very presence. You know this :bhead

It looks bad, you have a reputation for this kind of gameplay, and you come on here and make an issue out of it like you are the victim. We all get called names, accused of cheating, threatened bodily harm by members of this community. It comes with the territory. What Capera did is not out of line. I have heard and seen much worse.

After years of taking over boats to have it your way you have triggered him in a way you will not fully understand right away. He is gonna fight fire with fire. I for one have learned to deal with stuff like this and carved my own piece of the pie with my style of play but you won't see me switch and sink a CV right away or use my 2nd account to shade on an opposing country.

I'm not aiming to be in the center of the lackluster community circle jerk like you do. If someone is scum I will say it 100 times over. Appreciate the detox driven snark though.

Wasn't this the reason HTC in it's infinite wisdom put a hefty cap on side switching in the first place?

Yet here we are whining about "Autoswitchers" doing the exact same thing.

I was under the impression that autoswitching was suppose deal with the problem ENY created by balancing the sides in the game .

Unfortunate ever time I fly the MA after FSO I find after a flight or two most of my rides are locked out due to ENY so basically Auto switching isn't doing what it's suppose to do.

I'm pretty committed to DCS and Il2 .. The only reason I'm even playing AH at all now is for FSO the F4U and To keep a Damned presence in this game, So my days here are numbered.

Here's to Leatherneck Simulations  Pass the popcorn

Auto switching works when a large enough percentage of players are using it and it balances the numbers

If not and you fly the side with the larger numbers your uber ride might be locked out

Just change sides if you don't want to fly something else

Its up to the players to make the game work not the other way around
