TFT "Bougainville" P-38G skins?
« on: January 09, 2022, 02:21:37 PM »
Anybody going to work on one?   I'm going to try to create 43-2384 "I" but I'm not sure about the timing of skins batch release.

The timing of a batch release is an issue. if it's not done next week, it may not be done until February. If it's done after next week, there may not be one again until March.

I'd say make the skin and we'll get it baked into the terrain as a default. That way we're not dependent on what HiTech does.

As long as there is old "CorkyJr" in the 80th paint, all is well :)  Not that I'd discourage another 80th P38G :aok

Corky is still there, but I flew it tonight and you will find the pieces scattered in the trees south of A68...

Nothing much I can do about the MA skins release except keep reviewing and accepting each new skin as its uploaded to the submissions site. Hitech has been less than communicative lately.

As Devil said though, your skin can just be added to the event terrain as its default P-38G skin.

Thanks, turns out its not as serious as I thought - my skinning work folders naming had prevented me from seeing "Corky" skin from the 80th somehow-- I saw it when I was online the other day.  I'd better change the names of my folders to higher numbers, so I can see al the current skins.

I haven't find the name of the pilot who flew this machine.  I misremembered it as Ken Ladd, but he flew X-Virgin/Nulli Secundus.
