HTC to create a Discord channel

I think if HTC would make an official AH Discord they would need to moderate it... I don't think they (=actually just 'him') can or want to do that.

Discord has improved significantly.  You can do so much with it.  I just got back on for various groups in DCS.  I’m learning a lot on it now. 

Not too sure about “Official” AH3 but we could put one together that is player run and operated.  I believe it would be a simple tool we could use and may even get more new players if we can get players from other combat flight sims looking.  Not sure the full capacity of discord but it is a tool we should use.

Making a discord for AH would definitely improve getting new players and increasing numbers. The majority of gamers these days are all on discord and all game developers use official discords. Time to get with the times.

You are wishing for HTC to create an "Aces High Discord channel" or did you mean to type "Aces High Discord Server"?

I can visualize it already,  3 different channels for the 3 sides....everyone in each can hear everyone on their side talking over each other at the same time.....pure chaos 😀

But, there is a way, if "someone" knows/knew the right person to accomplish this!

Aces High offers 99+ channels per side, for players to get their talk on, not counting squad channels, range channel etc...then you have channels 201 through 299 for cross country chatting 😀

I really don't think there is any problem....

The voice chat in this game is horrible and always has been. Yeah he put a couple sliders to adjust stuff.


Still horrible. Half the players are over modulated or they key up and nothing can be heard.

Discord is like Facebook and teamspeak had a baby and the baby grew up to make your gaming experience so much better. You can adjust others so as they don't blow out your speakers. Share information, videos, photos, and you can live stream your game and or desktop.

Sharing your desktop is very helpful when your having issues with your PC and need assistance remotely from one of your UBER nerd friends to fix the issue.
