The absolute finest 32,000ft Bomber Intercept I have ever seen
« on: February 23, 2022, 03:39:12 AM »
A Fine Time was NOT had by these poor bastsads... Not even the escorts could escape.. It was as if God himself took a giant eraser and wiped the sky clean.. Mr. Fine Time, I'm not worthy... I say as I lay prostrate with my face in the ground as you fly past..

If there was an Aces High Hall of Fame.. This video would be its cover shot..

P.S. Friggen Love the adrenaline filled "Its Over.. Its Over.. Its Over" at the end!

it was funny i saw finetime taking off so i thought I would join him thinking he was heading for the strats.  I asked him which strats you heading for, he said I am gonna intercept bombers, thought he was  joking.  then he dissapeared from range  couple of days later he posted this video.  it all made sense.

Still mind blown by the whole thing.. Downing 6 B17's is an accomplishment in its own right.. But my god man, to have the forsight to see and then plan a merge at 32000ft?? with b17's?? and to merge perfectly infront of the pack?? absolute genious.

I used to try to score kills with unlikely planes like the I16 and even put bullets into a b29 but he flew on.
How about 5 b17s in a single head on pass?

actually they had been flying high altitude bombers our way for a couple of hours.  and the alarm had been raised by our own bombers that had been bombing there's.  that's why there were also so many fighters around.  it's a matter of looking at the map and luck and patience.  once our fighters were in icon range, you can follow that.
