No, they actually encouraged it, as they knew all governments become corrupted and therfore need a good cleaning out. They went to war with England because even they knew that they could not convince England in words to just let them have a new country. Same with the Civil War. At some point they realized there was no point in debating any longer and war was the only option. Treason, is selling your country out to foreign entities that attempt to threaten the sovereignty of a nation. In other words, the democrats and RINOs selling out to the NWO to threaten and undermine American sovereignty.

To help clarify the discussion, can you refer me to the specific court filing of which of Trump's 63 lawsuits where they claimed massive voter fraud that you feel showed substantial evidence that was ignored by the judge?

Generic waving of hands around can waste a lot of time on speculation.  Can you refer me to the exact case number you are worried about so we can actually look up the ruling in question?  That might be more illuminating.

If your case is denied by a judge, your case must have no merit or you haven't met the basic criteria. 

It means one particular human felt that it had no merit.  Or wanted it precluded for other reasons.
