I am proud. I am grateful. And I know I am blessed too.

On a Fourth of July topic-

I volunteered at the 4th of July Parade and got to meet some of the local Vietnamese-American community. For those who don't know I am half Vietnamese.
There were about 2 dozen South Vietnamese veterans, some South Vietnamese Navy and lots of ARVN veterans. Plus I got to take a picture with Major General Luong of the US Army in the Jeep!
Maj. Gen Luong joined the Army in 1986 as an Airborne Ranger, and just retired last year.
