What's your favorite plane?

Big fan of mossie as I have an uncle who helped build them in Canada. Next fav is 190 series with the in game A8 a fav.

Might add the 110 c as it can surprise a pilot that takes it for granted.

Worked on me every time. I saw a 110 and think I have a massive advantage, so even a rookie like me can get a kill.

Haha yeah, always gotta look out for that salamanderly front end. Same thing with Mosquitos and Lightnings. Good thing it's not too hard to get on their tail!

P-38L.  Ever since I saw a model of the Lightning, I have been in love with it.  The twin engines.  The counter-rotating props.  The guns in the nose. 

The Lightning is a jack of all trades, master of none. Which fits me just fine.  I have gotten very good at taking the 38 and making deep holes in the ground.

That's cool. We have a guy on the airport who owns a PT-13 and a PT-20. I prefer the Menasco powered ST's. I think his is likely a civilian ST that was painted as a PT-20. Ryan STA Special may be the one of the best looking airplanes ever built.

Aw jeez, you reminded me of the time I went 1v1 against an Ar 234 in the Match Play arena. I picked a 262 and this guy managed to shoot me down with the rear cannon.

Try it sometime, it's a ton of fun. Every single time people will drop whatever they are doing and follow you right up your six. A few 20s to the face and poof.

In general, I like the US planes the best.  Of those, maybe the F4U is my favorite by a bit.

The only snag with it is when you need to turn, then you need to land, and the ground crew re-angle the plane the direction you want to go 
When I wanted to cheat (turn the plane), I flew the BF109 G6.
