Not sure who is insulted by Zacks ramblings here...

He is just another confused brit :)

You are letting these guys get under your skin

They are allowed to ramble on like the test of us

Censorship is the issue of the day...lends itself to a 1984 ministry of truth scenario imo

That's true.

No one is getting banned, and that's good. I prefer free speech and allowing people to be who they are.

True. The moderation is mild. Just locking thresds. So yes, you're right.

I thought the best method of moderating was not moderating; ergo, no rules thus there is no need to enforce rules?

Wow…..

Just not worth my time to comment.     Just remember when you point at something there are 3 fingers pointing back.

I've never said that the best way is no moderation, and I've never asked or suggested anyone be moderated.

I think people should be able to post what they want, as long as they don't break any laws or harass people.

I did point out that Zack is the number one offender in response to  FSLs remark.

If it were up to me, none of the threads that I've seen locked would have been locked. It's not up to me and I don't pretend that it is

In reality, there is close to no moderation here already. Just threads being locked.

A form of moderation you don't understand, it seems. Why do you think some threads are locked while others are not?

GG, my unreal reply was meant for you adding Guthrie (Arlo) to your op....

Heck I just scroll past Zack's posts unless he is on topic lol

As for the moderating of this forum....it is a lot milder since Skuzzy  retired and left...

But take it from me, I have posted replies on this forum and have went off on others and been down right sarcastic and used many of my sailor mouth words not giving a damn if I caused the thread to be locked or if I got warned etc....these days I really don't have any time to waste worrying what others might post, unless they want to attempt to drag me into the thread...which was usually the case back then 🤣 😂 🤣

Hope everyone has a blessed day!

So what do people over 50 think about social media and people under 30 years thinking it’s real life?

I  never wanted to be involved with it since MySpace came on the scene (I  am 54)

Had a  great friend/ squad mate beg me to join fb sometime around 2015...hardly ever went on there...but been more active recently just to stay in touch with family and friends around the world 🌎..

But still hate  the ever living watermelon out of it....hahaha

Waiting for someone to setup the antisocial media platform to join...

Never used any of it as the majority seems to be sad cries for attention..
