https://history.fcgov.com/explore/flood

I was home working in Phoenix that summer in my 3rd year at CSU.

I first found out from the news and then spoke to friends that stayed in the Fort for the summer.

Jet skiing on campus, kayaking down almost any street…

My rental was on higher ground, corner house on Plum & Peterson. A few blocks away cars and homes were lost, thankfully as devastating as the storm was only 5 people were killed, it could have been much higher if the massive rain dump was further north on the Poudre River rather than west on the Spring Creek.

Whose fault was this?
They're casting their bait over there, see?

Mother nature and people who built where a flash flood was possible...

Like when oceanside estates are eaten by a coastal hurricane I am supposed to care and pity them.
